How much notice is required for Foxglove Faux Florals to create my vision?

As everything is made-to-order I suggest placing your order at least 8 weeks before your wedding date. This allows for sourcing the best quality faux flowers to compliment your vision and the creation of your bespoke designs. If you are in a hurry, please do get in touch and we will see if we can work something out!

How does a consultation work?

The first step is to submit an enquiry through the contact us form. You will receive an email response with a choice of dates and times for an initial call or meeting if local. When we speak I will ask you lots of questions about your wedding vibes and favourite flowers. It is always helpful if you come prepared with an idea of your desired colour scheme/theme, your favourite flowers and a proposal of what items you desire e.g., bridal bouquet, 4 x bridesmaids bouquets, flower crown & 6 x buttonholes.

Following the consultation I will send out an initial quote and mood board to help you decide if we are a good fit for your budget and ideas. ​

What next?

After you have received your bespoke quote and you have chosen Foxglove Faux Florals to create your designs, we take a 30% payment to confirm your order.

A sneak peek video will be sent once your flowers have been sourced. You can request any alterations at this stage. Full payment will be requested 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. We will then arrange to deliver, either by hand if local, or by courier service. If delivered by courier you will receive a tracking number by email, and we will both be notified of delivery.

 

Rental Items

Do you have a rental portfolio and price guide?

Not yet but we are working on one currently!

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, this will be calculated and included in your quotation. 

Can I collect hire items?

No, unfortunately we only deliver rental items. This is to avoid damage to our designs and to protect you from added stress on your wedding day. 

Can I add fresh flowers into rental products?

No, we do not permit borrowers to add anything into our rental items, this included fresh flowers and lights. Again, this is to prevent damage to our designs.
